Hi Kevin, Thanks for the article. I am a member of Cal Chamber coalition. We are working to introduce bills to modify the decision. In order to be successful,we need people to get involved with the grass roots effort. That effort is as simple as speaking to your own legislators. I have a simple guide that I can provide as to the decision and how to take even a small role within the grass roots effort. We have to be proactive in order to succeed and very few people are being proactive. It's a 3 prong plan to get through this. 1) Protect your business the best way that you can within reason 2) help with the cal chamber effort to modify the decision 3) support the lawsuits with F4A as the basis. The prongs are not mutually exclusive, all 3 need to be pursued. Please feel free to refer anyone to me that is willing to do even a little bit to help keep the self employed as a legal entity I can get them dialed in. It's just not an issue that we can afford to stand by the sidelines on, we have to be heard. Some people are not properly classified and some are. They must not be lumped together!
